Project Manager for Risks Domain

Job Description

You will be working on key projects for leading organizations in software developing, automation techniques, business process management, quantitative and technical support and R&D projects.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to work as a consultant for a Spanish financial institution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 6-8 years of experience; extensive knowledge of project management and advanced leadership skills
  • Ability to scope out and develop work plan and resource requirements and risks associated with activities
  • Experience with Murex a plus
  • Advanced knowledge in programming Language: Java and Python
  • Technical knowledge in Cloud Solutions and Big Data architecture
  • Excellent project management skills; ability to manage resources, sets scope, time scales, and deliverables, recognizes changing requirements and addresses program / project impact
  • Proficient with Project and Portfolio Management Tools. (SharePoint, Visio, Excel, MS Project, Access, Powerpoint, Delivery Hub, Insight (Important NICE TO HAVE, etc.)
  • Knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools (i.e. Agile, SDLC, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative)
  • Advanced understanding of key inherent risk and market and credit risk management control practices to understand and implement analysis
  • Strong market and credit risk management principles, methodologies and tools, governance principles and activity preferably in a financial services technology environment
  • Knowledge of workflow/processes and risks/controls
  • Languages: Spanish and English
